How do students get support?

See how we can best support your students

Please start by adding the Student FAQ for your course as an announcement in your LMS, or email it to students if you are not using an LMS.

If a student contacts you with a technical question, and you are unable to answer it, have already directed them to the corresponding Student FAQ (also found using the HELP button at the bottom of every lesson), please forward the email to support@inspark.education with a description of the issue, and ideally including a screenshot if relevant. If you would like to give students direct access to support you can give them our Inspark Student Support Form.

IMPORTANT: The support email address is for instructors only.

Below is a message you can send your students or put in your LMS as a Student Quick Start (BioBeyond & CriticalChem only, but feel free to adapt for other courses):

BioBeyond Student Quick Start

Welcome to BioBeyond!

[Add your instructions on how to access the BioBeyond Learnspace in your LMS, or other if you are not using an LMS.]

Below are critical things to know in order to save you time and ensure success in the course:

  1. This 5 minute intro video will show you everything you need to know about getting the best grade in BioBeyond.
  2. Be sure to read the student FAQ before contacting your instructor or the support team with an issue. It is organized by unit and available at the bottom of every lesson. If you have a technical issue, you can fill out the Inspark Student Support Form.
  3. You can check your points in the Learnspace. You will see totals by unit and also score by lesson. You can restart a lesson and the system will always take your highest grade, don’t worry.
